Day 273 - Me Monday

This is a summer dress that I got long, long time ago, but don't want to wear because the green seems too bright for my taste. I thought that perhaps the dark brown on the boots will tone it down a bit. Also I thought the green dress matches the fall green leaves.

Day 262 - The Lake at Night

I went to Sears Park to see if I could photograph the moon (yes, again:) right above the water with a nice reflection. The moon was way too high in the sky and it was too dark to get what I had in mind. A picture like this one is what I had in mind. I took this photo of another side of the lake using the Bulb mode in the camera. I'm sure I can put my photo of the moon here using Photoshop.

Day 261 - The Harvest Moon

I heard the moon was really big and bright in the sky tonight. I have already posted pictures of the moon in this project and I didn't want to photograph just the moon, so I went outside to see if I could try something different. I wanted to frame the moon somehow with a tree or in between some branches. I took lots of shots. It was hard to get both the leaves and the moon perfectly in focus, but I liked this the best.

Day 256 - Toothless William and a Butterfly

 

 

William lost his front tooth today and he didn't even know it had come out. That's because when the tooth fell out he was too busy playing Minecraft on the computer. We went outside to take a picture of his toothless smile and while outside we saw a butterfly that seemed lifeless.  He had a good time playing with it.

This collage doesn't show all the times I jumped too soon or too late. I did a lot of jumping to get the right time to jump.  And all this jumping was done after I had run 3 miles in the hazy,  hot and humid morning.  All I can say my legs are really sore! :)..... Also I took these photos at noon time which again I had the worst light.

Day 253 - The Moon and Venus

 

We didn't know the star next to the moon was the planet Venus. I found out after I took this photo.

 

 

I tried to photograph the moon again with the sky totally black and this is what I got. No Venus this time.

Day 252 - A Butterfly

I checked the butterfly tree to see if there were any butterflies left. This one was the only one out there.

Day 251 - The Loose Tooth

William's front tooth has been loose for quite a while, but it just doesn't want to come out. The space between his teeth keeps getting bigger and bigger. Can't wait to photograph toothless William!
